It’s Okay to Dream Big
I am a huge fan of Vision Boards and in this episode I talk about how I personally use annual Vision Boards to bring my goals to life. Slow Living isn’t about lazing around the house all day — although that would be a ton of fun — in real life there are bills to pay, jobs to go to, kids to take care of, and houses to upkeep.

Embrace Peace
In this episode we talk about how FEELING is what we are all chasing. Many people put goals on their vision board or life plan because they think in having/achieving them will bring them a certain feeling.

3 Step Success Formula:
Bringing your vision to life doesn’t happen by accident. It requires a blend of:
1. Mindset: You have to believe your dream is possible. Suspending disbelief is a crucial part of this—giving yourself permission to think big, even if you don’t know how it will all work out.
2. Action: Dreaming is powerful, but action is what moves you forward. The key is to take small, meaningful steps—even on hard days.
3. Consistency: Success isn’t about one grand gesture. It’s about showing up, day after day, and making steady progress toward your goals.
