Hi there, Hello, and thanks for being here for another episode of the Slow Living Podcast.
In today’s episode I go back in time and talk about who I was and where I was BEFORE 2008 —
in 2008 I made a New Year’s Resolution to use my slow cooker every day and write about it online.
This is how most of you on this list came to get to know me.
But I had dreams and goals and visions that started from a very (very!) early age and in this episode I share how I initially programmed my GPS and how I listened to nudges and inklings from within and from God or The Universe to figure out my next steps.
I didn’t have a script for this recording and I’m a bit annoyed and embarrassed by how many times I use the phrase “sort of” —
but it is what it is, and I am who I am.
I always knew I wanted to write books and teach personal development. This is the back story —

Since the Fall of 2020, I’ve been coaching a handful of women, one-on-one, to help them achieve their own personal goals.
