Burn out occurs when you are doing too many things for too many people and your brain and your body just completely freaks out — you are working and acting beyond your capacity and capability and both your mind any body crack.

This happens a lot in caregiving roles and in jobs/professions that aren’t managed well and more and more is allowed to get piled on.
