Being Truly YOU. Episode 217 of the Slow Living Podcast
In this week’s Slow Living coaching session, Melessa and I explore what it really means to become the TRUEST version of yourself — the version that isn’t shaped by parental or societal expectations, outdated beliefs, or the idea that everything/anything meaningful must be hard.
Melessa and I are now two-thirds of the way through coaching together, and this session really does show a turning point for her.
Letting Go of the “Hard = Worthy” Rule
Melessa opens up about her longheld belief that if something isn’t difficult, it somehow doesn’t count. Her brain has been trained to look for friction, effort, and struggle — and realized that somehow she subconsciously thought/believed that anything that came easy was to be met with suspicion.
We gently unravel that old belief system together.
How About You?:
–> Do you think or feel you have to suffer to succeed?
–> Is it possible to live a successful life with flow and ease?
This conversation is all about relaxing into success, and allowing it to show up without self-sabotage.

Easy DOES NOT EQUAL Lazy.
This is such a great conversation and I am excited to share it with you!
