Today we are going to talk FEELINGS.
Focus first on changing how you feel.
Step into the feeling and try your hardest (easier said than done, I know..) to embody that feeling.
when you get that, the “other” stuff will start to fall in place.
Most of us think that When This That or the Other happens, then we will finally feel ______________.
Nope. It works the other way around. Start feeling the feeling as soon as you can, whenever you can.

I don’t want you to dismiss “icky” feelings —
THAT DOES NOT WORK.
It’s okay to feel upset, annoyed, peeved, disappointed, and all around
BLEGH.
BLEGH.
But let’s think about this a bit — whatever your goal is — whatever your resolution is —
Maybe it’s Losing Weight. You have chosen this because you think you will FEEL BETTER when you lose that weight.
Maybe it’s More Money. Great, you have chosen this because you think you will FEEL BETTER when you have additional dinero in your bank account.
But you can’t dismiss Life in the Here & Now while you are waiting for your goal to come to life.
Don’t delay feeling happy. Or worthy. Or Enough.
So:
Tell me, How do You Want to Feel TODAY?
and then, how are you going to make this happen?
