Taking Time to Celebrate the Wins (even the small ones!)
In Episode 208 of the Slow Living Podcast, Kelsea and Steph chat together about all the ways Kelsea has grown throughout the six weeks they worked together.
Sure, there is more work to be done.
There will always be challenges in life but Kelsea has the framework and support and confidence to know that she will be able to withstand the different SCHTUFF that life throws her way.
I am so incredibly proud of Kelsea — and I know she is proud of herself.
This was a very vulnerable experience and humbling to ask for help and guidance in such a public way.
I will continue to check in with Kelsea and she will join in the monthly calls to connect and share with others in the Simple Shortcuts to Peace course.
Reflection is a big part of growth. One of the reasons I ask my coaching clients to journal (daily journaling worksheet) (30 day journal) is so they can go back and read where they USED to be so it’s obvious and apparent where mindset shifts have occurred.
Things to Remember:
— Progress is what counts. Doing anything regularly over time will result in RESULTS.
It may not be overnight, but change is happening.
Trust the process.
— Kelsea carries herself differently than she did 6 weeks ago. She is more confident in the choices she has made because she is doing what FEELS RIGHT to her. Every person has their own journey and gameplan — we do not live in a one-size-fits-all world/life.
— Kelsea is not alone. She began this process feeling this way but through coaching realized that she has her husband, her mom, and her new friend that are all on her side.
