Hi there! I'm Steph.

And I’ve been there, done that, and have gotten the T-shirt.

I know what it’s like to be over promised and lied to, also. My struggle with failure, anxiety, and low self-esteem started when I was in my early twenties and thirties and I was desperate to find a way to make all my dreams come true without sacrificing myself or my family. If there was a gimmick or a system out there, I tried it.

It took a ton of false starts and many (many!) mistakes, but once I finally figured out the missing shift I was
able to build the business of my dreams, stay home with my young children, and put money in the bank.

I finally realized I was NEVER going to be able to out-schedule or out-maneuver my deeper problems, so

I re-wired my brain and finally healed from the ‘brain damage’ of go go go hustle culture and toxic
programming.

and achieving without restriction, obsession, or shame…and without needing years of mindset work and
therapy to do so.
