I’m Stephanie, and I have an unnatural obsession with my crockpot (I’m okay with it).
In 2008 I made a New Years Resolution to use my crockpot every day for a year and write about it online.
It’s nuts, I know.
But it worked for me, and since then, I’ve written 4 cookbooks, 5 “shortcut” books for moms, hit the New York Times best-sellers list, appeared on Good Morning America, The Rachael Ray Show, and NPR, and I STILL absolutely love my slow cooker and think it’s the best invention in the history of inventions.
I love being able to plop dinner into the pot early in the morning when I’m still caffeinated and coherent, press the button and walk away.
Coming home at the end of a busy day to a fully cooked meal is SUCH A WONDERFUL FEELING.
