This week on the Slow Living Podcast, I’m launching a brand-new series called Real People, Real Coaching, where you’ll hear actual coaching sessions with people—just like you—who are ready to make meaningful change. No scripts. No fluff. Just real conversations, real struggles, and real growth.

Why Kelsea Said Yes to Coaching

Kelsea is a 33-year-old mom of two young boys who’s been feeling overwhelmed and stretched thin. Her mornings start strong—she’s developed some wonderful routines like journaling, early walks, and meal planning—but by mid-day, the chaos of caregiving takes over.

She wants to feel calm, confident, and present with her family, but like many of us, she struggles with consistency and self-worth. Emotional habits like late-night overeating and cannabis use sneak in when life feels too heavy. And even though she’s already made great progress (hello, 20 pounds lost and a rock-solid morning routine!), she feels like she’s on the edge of something good but scared to leap.
