Hello hello, Slow Down Society! I’ve been told that I’ve got a bit of a “Pollyanna Personality” –and I probably do. I’m okay with it. 🙂
Not everything in life is sunshine and unicorns and puppydogs and sprinkles.
I know this — and I am most certainly not suggesting that you dismiss any negative thoughts or feelings without honoring, examining, and processing them.
But the fact is:
Everyone has SOMEthing.
Maybe it was a tough childhood.
Maybe it is/was a struggle with substances.
Maybe it was/is a disability or a medical diagnosis.
I do not want you to ignore or dismiss negative life circumstances.
Bad things happen each and every day and it SUCKS.
But. When you are ready, and when you are in a better mood —
start to make a plan.
This is what today’s episode is all about.
Want more inspiration about this?
Listen to episode #102 — Angela’s story of living with Multiple Sclerosis and #123 where Amanda shares how it was to grow up blind.
I’d love to hear your thoughts —
Reach out to me. I’m a real person and I will get back to you.
Just hit “reply” —
Lots and lots of love to you.
I think you are wonderful.
🙂
