It’s Valentine’s Day, Slow Down Society.
and I’m going to talk about self–loathing.
I know — it seems like I’m completely off my rocker.
it’s okay — I’m good with you thinking that — but if I may, I’d like to explore this a bit —
because if you are trying to uplevel your life in some way, sometimes – sneaks it’s ugly head into your life and today we are going to learn how to make it go away.
Valentine’s Day is a perfect opportunity to take the time to Slow Down and look within.
What do you love about yourself, really LOVE about yourself?
If you aren’t able to make a list quite yet, that’s okay — you are not alone.
Listen in as I share how to start pivoting thoughts of self–loathing carefully and thoughtfully into thoughts of self-love.
I don’t want you to treat this as a pendulum.
Being fully and deeply in love with yourself may take some time — but you will be happier and more at peace and love your day-to-day life if you can learn how to drown out the negative self-talk with words of love and affirmation.
