Happy Tuesday and happy Podcast Day!

I am so thrilled to share with you the newest episode of the Slow Living podcast, where Denise shares her story.

Denise currently lives in Germany, and in this episode she shares how she got her PHD and became Head of Global Industry Management for a large company while raising four children.

listener and reader Denise shares her Slow Living story
Denise is such a wonderful person and I am so touched and honored that she called in to share her story — which I know will resonate with so many of you.

In this episode, she shares how she was able to “do it all” while having small children in the home and how she learned what things are priorities and what are not.

She shares her “messy kitchen” approach, and how to compartmentalize working hours with at-home hours.

This is a fantastic listen and although we were on the other side of the world in different time zones, speak different languages, and have vastly different educational backgrounds we have a ton in common.

Focus on that as you go about your day(s) —

the similarities.

the familiarities.

it’s easy to spot the differences — look for the sameness.
🙂

and remember that it is never too late to keep heading towards your dreams — however far away they may look to you.

You are not too old, and it is not too late.
