Hi there, and thanks for being here for another episode of the Slow Living Podcast.
Let’s talk taking action —
even when you don’t feel like it.
because in order to move from where you are to where you want to go, you have got to do something about it.
You can’t just sit around and hope and wish for change —
you’ve got to actually do the things that need to be done.
even when you’re tired. or bummed out. or when it’s too hot or too cold.
and that really really really stinks.

And I’ve got to tell you, this does not come easy to me sometimes.
I have a lazy streak and I’d a lot of times rather just sit on the couch and not do anything even though I *KNOW* I’d feel accomplished and better about myself if I just got up and did SOMETHING.
Also?
I’m a bit of a perfectionist.
and it’s really easy to tell myself “why bother if it’s not going to be all that good anyway?”
