Let’s talk morning routines.
  
There’s a lot of schtuff that floats around on the internet that says that you HAVE GOT TO do this or that or the other thing in order to have a solid morning routine.
 
NO.
 
You don’t.
 
This is real life and real life isn’t perfect.
 
 
I’ve had some version of a morning routine for about 20 years — it ebbs and flows depending on the ages and stages of my kids and whether or not it’s summer vacation or we are right smack dab in the middle of the school year.
 

But I do it, no matter what.

Even when we are on vacation and traveling.

And it works.

 
I’d like for you to take some time today and figure out what would make YOU FEEL GOOD each morning — something that would set you up for success —
 
and what you do might be opposite of what your neighbor down the street does who is “crushing it” —
 
and that is okay.
 
but if you aren’t fully at peace — if you haven’t conquered all of the things you want to do yet here on this planet —
 
and you’re worried you might not be on the correct trajectory —
 
change it.
 
you are in charge and you get to decide what works for you and what doesn’t.

In this recording I share that I have created a one-page journaling worksheet that I use (I do take a stack along when we travel, too! 😉 ) every morning while my coffee is brewing.
