It’s podcast day.
Let’s talk resilience.
Would you consider yourself a resilient person?
do you “go with the flow”
or
look at obstacles with an open-mind and a dose of flexibility?
or do you
crumble and shut down and look at bumps in the road as “red flags” or “signs” that it’s not “meant to be?”
what if it didn’t have to be so hard?
what if you could keep your eye on the metaphysical ball and keep plugging forward —
even against insurmountable or PERCEIVED insurmountable odds?
That’s what resilience is.
and it’s a learnable skill.
Listen in as I share that resilience is a MUSCLE —
and just like all muscles, the more you use it, the stronger it becomes.
after listening you will:
learn how everyday is an opportunity to start again
listen as I share the thought I hold each morning when getting up
hear how to set yourself up for success, no matter what gets thrown your way
begin to shift your perspective on goal setting and habits
learn what to do to when things don’t go as planned
hear my advice on what long term goal planning looks like and what it doesn’t
learn how the Coronavirus catapulted many people forward in their life & goal planning
hear how using the components of the Simple Shortcuts to Peace course will help set you up for long-term success in all aspects of your life

Since the Fall of 2020, I’ve been coaching a handful of women, one-on-one, to help them achieve their own personal goals.
I specialize in long-term Dream Life planning — together, we will map out what you’d like your life to look like and feel like —
and then from there, we work backwards to make a stepping-stone path so you can meet (or exceed!) all of your goals.
Even the ones that seem a bit far-fetched.
if you’re ready to live out the life you’ve always dreamt about — the one filled with peace, joy, abundance, and a sense of purpose —
