Episode 30 of the Slow Living Podcast: Questioning & Answering

see all Slow Living Podcast notes, here.

Today’s episode — # 30 — answers some questions from readers/listeners —

including a recorded voicemail from my very own little brother, Andy.

🙂

we talk about Goal Setting & Achieving, what to do about too many donated items, and Making your New Year’s Resolutions stick once and for all.

after listening you will:

? learn my suggestions on how to not always feel like you are “chasing” new goals

? listen in as I explain how I keep myself from feeling unworthy and how it’s okay to pause & slow down

? hear my ideas on how to reset your mindset on goal setting and achieving

? begin to shift your perspective on why making other people happy isn’t something to ever strive for

? learn what to do when people try and help you by giving hand-me-down clothes

? hear how to finally get your New Years Resolutions to stick

? learn how my brother has implemented some of my ideas into his highschool classroom

I Need Your Help.

please.

When I first had the idea of recording a podcast show, I wanted to be as “interactive” as possible. I loved the idea of an old-fashioned radio call in show —

but I’m running out of questions!!  My techy people have set up a way for you to record your own voice asking a question — and I’d love for you to participate!

If you are a fan of the show, or have any questions, comments, or feedback, I’d LOVE for you to take the time to record something so it’s not just my voice on the microphone.

If you have your own website or blog that you’d like to promote and leave the URL along with your question or feedback, that is okay with me. 🙂

HEY STEPH: I don’t want to record, but I do have a question.

OKAY! Just email me back. I am collecting questions to respond to —

HEY STEPH: I don’t have a question but if you give me one, I’ll help you out by recording it for you in my voice.

THAT WOULD BE AWESOME. I have a list of submitted questions and would love help getting a “new voice” to read them into the recorder.

Just email me and let me know.

THANK YOU!!!

I hope you enjoy this episode — and AS ALWAYS — if you have any questions or comments, shoot me an email or tag me @stephanieodea

on Instagram or Facebook or record a voicemail question.

Consider yourself loved and hugged. I think you are wonderful.
