Wow!  Have I got a book for you!  If you love Southern cooking or have a friend or relative who does, you must have this cookbook!

“Mastering the Art of Southern Cooking” by Nathalie Dupree and Cynthia Graubart is a wonderful addition to any cookbook collection.  This book is HUGE!  It is like a dictionary of Southern hospitality.

Not only are there great recipes in this book, but there are fantastic, step-by-step directions on how to make just about anything you want to make!

Want to make an omelet or hard boiled eggs?  It’s in here.

As you can see, this book would be perfect for a brand, new cook or for someone who wants to brush up their skills in the kitchen.

This is a beautiful book.  I would be happy to display this on my coffee table for guests to look through.  It’s just lovely.  Oh, and you will love the story of how this book came to be.  I don’t want to give too much away, but it involves Julia Child.  😉
