Live the Life of your DREAMS -- without hustle or hype.

That's what Slow Living is all about.

Welcome! I am so happy that you are here.

I’m Stephanie O’Dea and I will help you meet & exceed your personal & professional goals in a sustainable way.

If you are ready to cut through the noise and the nonsense and figure out HOW to do all things you really WANT to do in life without getting burnt out —

you are in the right place.

I’m a New York Times best selling author who writes, coaches, teaches, and speaks about all things Slow Living.

And SLOW living means:

Simply Look Only Within

Together we will work to craft out a peaceful, calm, life where you feel free and fulfilled.

You absolutely deserve to live the life you’ve always wanted to —

let’s get started.

Life & Time Management

When I first started writing online, people on the internet thought I had a passion for cooking.

I do not.

I have a passion for getting things over and done with quickly and efficiently so I can do the things I WANT to do.

And cooking? Feeding the other humans in the house? That’s not something I really WANT to do — it’s a chore.

That’s why I love my crockpot so much.

I really just want to do what I want to do, when I want to do it.

I’m naturally kind of lazy, but I do somehow find a way to be rather productive.

This is what I write about in my books, and what I teach about in my courses and one-on-one coaching.

I don’t believe your dreams die just because you have children, or because you have chosen to stay home with them.

I love my kids. I wanted to stay home with them.

But we live in the SF Bay Area, and (spoiler alert!) it’s expensive here.

So I needed to find a way to work from home. That is why I started A Year of Slow Cooking —  not because I had a deep secret love for cooking.

but honestly? a lot of the advice I kept getting wasn’t applicable to me. It was written for business men.

And I am NOT a business man.

I’ve been at this for quite a while, now. And I’ve learned an awful lot of things through trial and error.

If you want to craft out “the Life of your Dreams” — the trick is to Slow Down.

Enjoy the ride.

You can still have goals and dreams and aspirations for “more” but you don’t need to run yourself ragged while trying to get there.

I teach long-term life & time management in a sustainable way. A way that’s designed for *real people* — not business men.

It feels a little “too good to be true” right?

The thing is, if  you’ve read all the books, and bought the courses, and downloaded the guides but you’re still not where you’d like to be with your health, finances, relationships, or career goals – email me.

I am here to support you.
