I love using great ingredients in my baking. When you use that “fake” vanilla flavoring, you can taste it. I’m not a fan! So I was really excited when I received my sample of Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract!

I decided to test my sample out on a Paleo blueberry muffin recipe I had been wanting to try. The recipe didn’t call for vanilla, but I just knew the muffins would taste better with it! I was right! The muffins came out very tasty!
