Hello Everyone! I hope your week is going well so far. It’s half-way over! 😉
Today, I am happy today to be re-reviewing “Allergy-Free and Easy Cooking: 30-minute meals without gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame” by Cybele Pascal. I first reviewed this book back in December. You can check out my original review HERE.
When I am asked to re-review a cookbook, I think it’s really nice to be able to make one of the recipes from the book. So for this review, I decided to make Buffalo Wings with Ranch Dressing.
I have never fried chicken wings, only baked them because I’m totally afraid of hot oil on the stove! I enlisted my hubby to help me with this part. It really wasn’t bad. I would suggest a splatter screen (which I don’t have) to keep the mess down a little.
I tossed the wings in the sauce.
I served the wings with celery sticks and because we are not dairy free, blue cheese dressing. If you are dairy free, there is a great recipe for dairy free ranch dressing!
These wings turned out great! I probably will even try them again, now that we have the frying part down! 😉
