Do you have a food allergy or multiple food allergies?   Do you have celiac disease or gluten intolerance?  Maybe you have a friend or family member who does?

If so, this book is meant for you.  “Allergy-Free and Easy Cooking” by Cybele Pascal, is a go-to cookbook for people who want to learn to cook easy meals that are allergy-friendly.

Cybele Pascal is a working mother with a food-allergic family.  She knows what people with food allergies, gluten intolerance and celiac disease are going through. She admits that most nights the last thing she wants to do is spend an hour or more preparing dinner.  “Make it fast, make it simple” is her mantra.  Making it allergy-free and equally delicious is her expertise.

Cybele is the author of two bestselling cookbooks, “The Allergen-Free Baker’s Handbook” and “The Whole Foods Allergy Cookbook” and has appeared on The Martha Stewart Show, The Food Network, the Today Show, Good Morning America Health, PBS and NPR.  She serves as a Celebrity Ambassador Who Cares for FAAN/FAI (Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network) and is the founder and president of Cybele’s Free-to-Eat, a line of gluten-free foods that are free of the top eight allergens.

“Allergy-Free and Easy Cooking” has so many wonderful recipes, I really don’t know which one to make first!  The ones that caught my eye first are:

  • Chicken Nuggets and Sweet Potato Fries
  • Penne Chicken Marsala
  • Beef Stroganoff with Buttery Noodles
  • Cherry Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Butternut Squash
  • Buffalo Wings with Ranch Dressing

Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup and Chicken Nuggets and Sweet Potato Fries

Loads and loads of quick and easy, healthy, allergy-free recipes!

You can purchase “Allergy-Free and Easy Cooking” on Amazon.com, and at Barnes & Noble.com and on Cybele’s website store!

I am pleased to be able to offer a free copy of “Allergy-Free and Easy Cooking” to one lucky reader!

  1. I’m sensitive to most of those foods, plus I don’t eat any grains. Menus are so helpful for planning shopping and entertaining without seeming like “that poor girl who can’t eat anything.” Thanks for the reference!
