Happy week-after-Thanksgiving to all of you!  I hope all of you survived and have recovered from your turkey hangovers and Black Friday shopping sore feet!  Christmas is now 29 days away!

Today’s review is a delicious one!  You have to love “the big book of babycakes cupcake maker recipes” by Kathy Moore & Roxanne Wyss.   Did you catch my review of “the big book of babycakes cakepop maker recipes“?  This book is just as wonderful!

This cookbook is great for those of you who own a babycakes cupcake maker!  What could be better than little, bite-sized cupcakes?

I’m guessing that you could also adjust these recipes to work in mini muffin tins.

There is a whole chapter of gluten-free and vegan treats!  Not only can you make some awesome cupcakes with the babycakes cupcake maker, but you can also make pies,  breads, muffins, cheesecakes, tarts and appetizers!

As with the “cakepop maker” cookbook, the best way to tell you about this book is to show you.

Raspberry Lemonade Cupcakes, Cranberry Orange Blondies and Traditional Brownie Bites.

Swiss Chicken Hand Pies and Gluten-Free Root Beer Float Cupcakes.

Since I do not own a babycakes cupcake maker, I decided to try to adjust one of the recipes to use for my daughter’s birthday party.  It worked wonderfully!  I chose Gluten-Free Root Beer Float Cupcakes (pictured above).  I used a gluten-free chocolate cake mix, followed the directions on the box, but instead of adding water, replaced it with root beer!  I used the Vanilla Buttercream Frosting recipe to top the cupcakes with.  They came out fabulous!  There weren’t many left after the party was over!

My Root Beer Float Cupcakes.  Aren’t they pretty?

You can purchase “the big book of babycakes cupcake maker recipes” from Amazon.com.

Would you like to win a copy?

This giveaway will run from today (Tuesday, November 27, 2012) until Friday November 30, 2012 at 5pm Pacific Time.

The winner will be contacted via email.

Good luck to all!
