Day 6 of 30 Days of Give Aways
Hello! It’s our very first day of school, and I’ve got to admit I’m happy the kids are heading back. I look forward to whipping the house back into shape– it gets a bit grimy when we’re home all day every day eating every snack and every meal at home and then wiping sticky hands on every wall.

I wrote this book. I started it over nine years ago when my eldest was still a baby. I took her to work with me while I was running a drop-in childcare center in the local county courthouse. When I didn’t have clients, I listened to books on tape and spent a lot of time pontificating how I could somehow work from home (legitimately!) while raising my children.
It took a long time, but I feel like I’m living my dream. I really do.
at some point I’ll type out my over-nine-year timeline—- but this book was what I really wanted to bring to the world, and I’d like to share it with you.
